Choice of hotel
Upon request, the Conference Secretariat can arrange other hotel accommodation for participants and their accompanying persons within the proximity of the conference venue at special rates.

The above-quoted room rates for the conference period are applicable only to hotel bookings made through the Conference Secretariat. The rates are conference rates requiring one night deposit. Delegates are free to book through other channels if different rates or different payment terms are found
Reservation
Participants who wish the Conference Secretariat to arrange hotel accommodation for them are required to confirm their hotel requirements by returning the completed hotel reservation form together with the one-night deposit to the Conference Secretariat as early as possible. Hotel rooms are in great demand in February 2007, the Conference Secretariat may not be able to secure hotel accommodation after 30 December, 2007.
Cancellation
Participants and accompanying persons should be responsible for their own payment of hotel accommodation and other related hotel charges. The Asia Pacific Socitey for Healthcare Quality has no involvement in handling payments of hotel charges. In the event of cancellation of confirmed hotel booking, the one-night room deposit will be forfeited by the hotel.
